This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 09/01/2025 by and between  (hereinafter "Member") and Worldwide Referral Network LLC (WWRN).

Matchmaker Selection Policy
The Worldwide Referral Network (WWRN) prioritizes referrals to matchmaking companies that are accredited by the International Matchmaking Compliance Board (IMCB), as accreditation reflects a company's commitment to industry standards and ethical practices.

In cases where no IMCB-accredited matchmaker is available or appropriate based on the Member's specific criteria, WWRN may refer the Member to a non-accredited matchmaking company that has been independently vetted.

However, each matchmaking company referred by WWRN operates independently and is solely responsible for its own business practices, policies, and outcomes. WWRN does not guarantee, endorse, or assume liability for the services provided by any matchmaking company.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Beginning on the effective date, WWRN will provide the Member the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

• WWRN connects commitment-minded daters with ethical matchmaking companies if the dater wishes to hire a matchmaker.
• WWRN offers the opportunity to be considered as a potential match for VIP clients of affiliate matchmaking companies by joining our database.
• Once a complete application is received—including appropriate photos—WWRN may create a marketing profile to be shared with vetted matchmaking companies in private groups and forums (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp).
• If an affiliate matchmaking company believes the Member may be a mutual match for a client, the company will facilitate the introduction.
• WWRN receives referral fees only when a transaction occurs. Referrals are made solely based on compatibility and the matchmaker's ability to support the Member's stated goals.

PHOTO POLICY

Incomplete applications or submissions without appropriate photos will not be accepted. Members must upload a clear, recent headshot and full-body photo, without hats, filters, pets, children, or others in the image.

AFFILIATE MATCHMAKING COMPANY PRACTICES

Each affiliate matchmaking company operates independently. WWRN is not responsible for the terms, processes, or service standards of its affiliate companies. Members are encouraged to request sufficient information about a company and are under no obligation to accept any proposed match.

FEEDBACK PROCESS

After each introduction, Members are expected to complete a short Introduction Feedback Form within 24 hours. This helps improve the referral process and match quality. If a feedback form is outstanding, WWRN may pause further introductions until it is received.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Members agree to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if canceling or rescheduling a scheduled date. Last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the active candidate pool.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

WWRN does not:

• Recruit matches specifically on your behalf.
• Provide one-on-one coaching or advice unless enrolled in a paid program.
• Offer ongoing personal communication unless related to matchmaking referrals.

TERM

This Agreement remains in effect for one year and automatically renews annually. However, to remain in good standing, Members are required to refresh their profile—including confirming current contact information, photos, and preferences—annually or upon request by WWRN.

MEMBER AUTHORIZATION FOR BACKGROUND SEARCH

WWRN conducts a background check, which may include verification of identity, criminal records, and sex offender registry status. The Member consents to this check and understands its purpose.

NO GUARANTEES

WWRN cannot guarantee introductions, matches, or outcomes related to long-term relationships or marriage due to the subjective nature of romantic compatibility.

CLIENT INDEMNIFICATION

The Member acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with dating or interacting with anyone introduced through WWRN. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WWRN, its officers, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from those interactions.

USE OF MEMBER INFORMATION

By joining, the Member grants WWRN permission to use their approved photos and relevant personal information to create a marketing profile for the purpose of facilitating potential introductions.

This profile may be shared with affiliate matchmakers via professional forums and communication channels such as private Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, Zoom meetings, emails, and text messages. These communications are intended solely for professional matchmaking use, but WWRN cannot control how third-party platforms handle data or guarantee complete confidentiality once shared.

WWRN limits the information shared to what is necessary for matchmaking purposes and does not include personal contact information unless and until a matchmaker indicates serious interest in a potential introduction. At that point, further information may be shared with the affiliate matchmaker as needed.

Members understand and accept that while WWRN uses secure systems to manage data internally, external platforms used by affiliate matchmakers may not be subject to the same security or privacy protocols. By participating, Members consent to this method of sharing for the sole purpose of being considered for matches.

CONFIDENTIALITY

WWRN agrees not to disclose proprietary Member information beyond the purposes outlined above. Likewise, Members agree not to disclose details regarding how they were recruited, their financial arrangements, or any confidential conversations with affiliated matchmakers or WWRN.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Members agree not to make false, malicious, or defamatory statements—whether written or spoken—about WWRN, its staff, or affiliated matchmaking companies. This includes communications on social media, review platforms, or other public or professional forums.

Constructive feedback is welcome and can be submitted directly to WWRN. However, any intentional effort to damage the reputation of WWRN or its affiliates through unsubstantiated claims may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action, including pursuit of injunctive relief where appropriate.

This clause does not prohibit Members from expressing honest opinions or participating in legal or regulatory processes as permitted by law.

REMEDIES & TERMINATION

WWRN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's participation at any time and at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of a violation of this Agreement or behavior deemed inappropriate, unethical, or disruptive to the integrity of the referral process.

Termination may occur without prior notice, and WWRN is under no obligation to provide an opportunity to cure or appeal the decision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

AMENDMENT

All changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

ARBITRATION

Any dispute under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration with a neutral arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own legal fees, and costs will be split equally.
