Note: Financial details, sensitive medical or mental health data, detailed matching criteria, and background verification are not collected at this stage. These may be requested later by invitation only, with clear disclosures and additional consent.

Information is stored securely in a compliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada).

Your information may be shared, on a limited and need-to-know basis, with independent affiliate matchmaking companies for the purpose of determining compatibility and routing. WWRN does not sell personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the member portal. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
